Summary:
Bermuda Village Retirement Community is looking for a Staffing Coordinator that will be responsible for scheduling, medical records, and nursing supplies in our 36 bed skilled nursing facility.
This role will report to the Director of Nursing of our skilled nursing facility.

Salary Expectations:
Salary Range :
$41,600.
00 - $52,000.
00 Starting salary is based on experience Shift Availability:
Monday - Friday ; 1st Shift, Full-Time Must be available to be on call as needed Schedule may vary upon patient and staffing needs Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Must maintain and provide proof of current CNA Certification.

Maintain the nursing schedule for a 36-bed skilled nursing facility.
Ability to coordinate with nursing personnel to ensure staffing is sufficient dependent on resident census Timely scan medical records into the electronic health record system Order, organize, and maintain nursing supplies All other duties assigned by management Customerservice:
Responsible for ensuring that all employees are providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers Perform job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner (Visitors include anyone who visits the community; specifically, current residents' families and friends, prospective residents and their families, referral sources, vendors and regulators) Communicate professionally and cooperate with supervisor and all community personnel Residents'rights:
