Senior Director of Hospice Operations - Triad Office

Well Care Hospice is starting in NC! We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations to join our Executive Leadership team in the launch and strategic management of our Hospice services
The Senior Director of Operations works under the supervision of the CEO of Well Care and is responsible for:
? Driving Well Care?s culture, mission, vision, and values throughout Hospice services.
? Providing effective and strong leadership in the development and growth of Hospice Services.
? Promoting a positive working environment and culture that engages and fulfills all teams and minimizes turnover.
? Managing and overseeing all operations to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality and profitable hospice services, as well as results for operational and financial key metrics.
? Assuring Hospice's compliance with all applicable rules, regulations and standards.
? Overseeing and driving experience excellence for patients, families, referrals sources, and vendor partners.
? Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating hospice services, programs and activities.
? Performing other appropriate duties as assigned.

This is a fast-paced position based in our Triad office (Advance NC). Travel throughout NC will be required as this position develops a dynamic and mission centric Hospice Service line. Well Care Health currently includes Home Health and Home Care services and is expanding into Hospice as we engage in Population Health Management of all post acute patients. The Senior Director of Hospice will work closely with all Senior leaders in providing 5 star care to patients.
  • RN or PT from an accredited school with minimum of a Bachelors Degree. (MasterÔ s Degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred).
  • Must possess a current valid RN or PT license in the State of North Carolina from an accredited school -OR- must have 3+ years experience in Operations Management in a healthcare setting.
  • 3-5 years home health experience. Minimum of 3-5 years progressively responsible management experience in a healthcare or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations and accreditation standards which impact home health operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of principles and practice of personnel management and conflict resolution.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
