Education Coordinator Wanted in the Triad, RN REQUIRED!

Works under the supervision of the Manager of Education. Coordinates and oversees the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the general orientation program for all staff. Collaborates with the agency supervisors to facilitate the transition of newly employed personnel from the classroom orientation to the specific clinical orientation. Organizes and/or provides educational programs for all staff. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Assesses, interprets, plans, implements and evaluates orientation for all newly employed personnel.
  • Assists program development with appropriate staff education activities.
  • Appropriately communicates and documents information in accordance with agency policies and procedures and discipline specific guidelines.
  • Contributes to program effectiveness.
  • Organizes and performs work effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintains and adjusts schedule to enhance agency performance.
  • Demonstrates a daily commitment to the values of the agency.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations in dealing with all members of the agency.
  • Maintains and promotes customer loyalty.
  • Effectively demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the Agency on a daily basis.

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited or approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Licensure / Certifications: Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year medical-surgical or nursing home experience and at least 1 year home health experience. Prior experiences that would encompass clinical, teaching, and supervisory practice within a large nursing service organization would be advantageous.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
