The Senior IT Developer will create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining applications; mentoring and providing guidance to a team of developers as needed.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Plan programs by studying specifications; arrange specifications by developing logical sequence, preparing flowcharts, and researching solutions.
Code specifications by converting logical sequence and workflow into program language.
Verify coding by performing unit testing and trial runs.
Arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
Meet programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify work process improvements and implement new technology.
Prepare program specifications based on documented business requirements.
Prepare and review program documentation.
Accomplish programming project requirements by coaching and mentoring programmers.
Advance job knowledege to the next level by participaing in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and learing from mentors and peers.
Follow company standards.
Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science and/or Engineering or combination of equivalent education and experience
5 years of software development experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Construct Object Oriented components
Develop software solutions in Agile iterative environment.
Support: API's, Web Services, Stored Procedures, SSIS data packages
Support full-cycle SDLC: Design, Code, Test, Deploy, Debug, Support
Support UI & UX upgrades/enhancements
Train Jr. DEV staff
Has experience with at least 1 ERP
Experience with AS/400 (Series I)
Experience with RPG/ILE, RPG/Free, CL/CLLE
Experience with Aldon, RDi, Robot, Hawkeye, Visio
Has 1 (one) or more year experience writing cross platform applications in RPGLE with Service Programs is required.
Has 1 (one) or more year experience creating Restful and SOAP Web Services (hosting and consuming) is preferred.
Has 1 (one) or more year experience creating stored procedures and functions is required.
Familiarity with the YAJL / httpapi tools is preferred.
Postman experience is preferred but not required.
Mulesoft experience is preferred but not required.
OAGIS BOD experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with Financial business processes is preferred but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
