Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Continuously develops and maintains an understanding of Business Intelligence technology and architecture, including data warehousing, logical & physical data modeling, dimensional modeling, OLAP functionality, reporting tools, and other methods of information delivery
Analyze, understand, and document user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of user story requests from internal business customers
Lead off-shore team(s) that are developing or modifying highly complex information solutions
Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes and mentoring team members
Lead by example - adherence to programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements and implementing new technology
Coordinate and manage the work of employees & consultants by directing members of the team to meet the area's goals
Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions
May manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews
May construct data models (logical & physical), data dictionaries, and report glossaries
May conduct user interviews and training sessions
May mentor teammates on BI/Data Warehouse methods
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 8+ years' work experience
Strong understanding of BI concepts & tools
Scrum Master experience
Experience leading development teams ? preferably off-shore teams
Demonstrated ability to write SQL/TSQL/MDX queries to retrieve/analyze/modify data
Previous experience with MSBI Stack, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS
Previous experience with Azure Services and other cloud experience a plus
Big data technologies (as Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Spark, R, Python) is a plus
Experience with Parallel Data Warehouse environments (PDW or ADW) is a plus
Ability to abstract a concept into a series of lifecycle components and events
Significant experience developing physical dimensional models, OLAP processes or data visualizations OR significant experience in data modeling, data discovery and the application of data to solve business problems
Proven problem solving ability and a willingness to think "outside-the-box"
Prior AS400/DB2 experience a plus
Experience with one or more common programming languages is required, Java is preferred

Ability to work seamlessly on a co-located team with remote contributors
Desire to work in and foster an environment with an emphasis on team empowerment and responsibility
A commitment to proper implementation of continuous integration, unit tests, and automated workflows to ensure stable deliverables
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong collaboration skills and an ability to mentor and be mentored

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
